DIVERSIFICATION
To expand our product offerings through increased drying, curing, and packaging of a diverse range of agricultural and food products, including mangoes, onions, garlic, ginger, bananas, potatoes, marine fish, and meat. This diversification aims to enhance product availability, reduce post-harvest losses, and meet the growing demands of both local and international markets.
COMPETITION
The existing suppliers are only meeting less than 30% of demand in fresh meat and fresh fruits and vegetables.
